We made a reservation and paid online in advance. We arrived at dawn, but we were informed that our reservation had been canceled due to the late arrival, which was a serious mistake. We had booked the room for one night only so we could rest for a few hours before continuing our journey. After lengthy discussions, and despite how exhausted we were, they finally gave us the room.

The staff and parking facilities were satisfactory. The room was decent on the first day, but on the second day, we had to change rooms due to a strong odor. I believe this is a common issue in all Ibis hotels that have been renovated.

Great location, once we had parked the car we didn’t need to use it till we left. Staff really helpful, everywhere very clean, they were constantly making sure the restaurant floor, areas and tables were clean. The choice of breakfast was great. We stayed for 3 nights and there was different hot choices everyday. I would definitely stay there next time we go back.

Disappointment

I stayed at Ibis Hotel on December 13th and 14th, and it was a complete disappointment. During my two-night stay, on Saturday evening around 9 PM, I returned to the hotel to rest, only to find a loud party taking place in the area below the hotel. Since I was staying on the 7th floor, I assumed the noise wouldn’t reach my room. However, to my dismay, the noise was so loud that it disturbed my sleep even on the 7th floor. I couldn't fall asleep until after 1 AM, when the party finally ended. The next morning, during checkout, I was informed by the reception that these parties are held every other Saturday. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

Açıkçası ibis bilinen bir otel ve konumu güzel, kapalı otoparkı var diye tercih etmiştim ama bir daha tercih etmem. Odalar çok küçük, çift kişilik yatağın her iki yanında birer adımlık mesafe var o kadar. Büyük boy bir valiziniz varsa valizi açmaya yer dahi yok. Çocuk için ekstra yatak, cam önündeki ahşap raf dışarı katlandığında açılıyor. İçinde çok sert ve rahatsız bir yatak var. İçine uzun zaman önce konulduğu belli olan çarşafların değiştirilmesini istediğimde temiz olduğunu söylediler. Tv kumandası tuş araları kirle dolmuştu kendimiz iyice temizleyip kullandık. Banyo küçücük. Tuvalet fırçası dahi yok. Duşakabin içerisinde hem şampuan hem duş jeli olarak kullanılabilecek tek bir sıvı sabun duvara monte edilmiş. Duşa kabin altındaki duvar nemden kabarmıştı. Odadaki mobilyalar çok eski izlenimi veriyor. Yalıtım çok az, koridorda konuşanları duyabiliyorsunuz. Tüm bunlara rağmen personel oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. En ufak isteğimizi yerine getirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlardı. Kahvaltı gayet çeşitli ve yeterli. Odada klima sistemi güzel çalışıyordu.Havlular temiz ve güzel, tek kullanımlık terlikler odada var. Çay, kahve ve mini buzdolabı içerisine su ikram olarak bırakılmıştı.
