The staff was very friendly but room dark, the window was not closing properly and the bathroom was not really clean. Also We can feel that many many people have slept i the bed, mat could be changed, but for a few days it wsa ok.

Property is very aged, rooms do not look clean, very noisy area, horrible exterior, we were forced to decide to move to another hotel despite we were very tired. Its a pity since usually holiday inn meet certain standards, this is not the case, they need to update everything.

My stay at the hotel was very bad. The lobby looked a bit nice and Staff was helpful. The ROOM was disaster like 1 Star Hotel, their was stains and the hygiene was very bad, very old room .

Ben Hotels uygulamasından Aldım odayı. Sigara içilmeyen iki tane tek yataklı oda aldım. Ama otele geldiğimizde bana sigara içilen çift kişilik bir yataklı oda rezervasyonu var dediler. Hotels uygulamasından açıp gösterdim. Ama bizde böyle yazıyor diyor hala resepsiyon. Bir de bana diyorlar ki sigara içilen odayı havalandıralım öyle sizi alalım odaya. Şaka gibi. Benimle dalga geçercesine. Ben zaten sigarayı önemsemesem oda fark etmez. Ama özellikle sigara içilmeyen diye seçmişim. Uygulamada da bu şekilde yazıyor. Bana yaptıkları teklif çok komik.Neyse oda işini hallettik. Sigarasız odayı aldık. Daha sonra sabah otelden çıkış yaparken asansöre kendi katımızda başka bir odada kalan bir beyefendi ile indik aşağı lobiye ben kartı verdim iyi yolculuklar diler otelden çıktım arabamizi beklerken resepsiyondaki kız geldi sizin ikinci odanın numarası kaçtı diye sordu ne numarası dedim bizim bir odamız var yanınızdaki beyefendinin kaldığı odanın parasını ödemediniz dedi bizi aile zannetmiş aynı asansörden ince her asansöre bindiğim adamla ben tanıdık mı olmalıyım. Şaka gibi artı biz bir aileyizsek niye ben adamla ayrı ayrı odalarda kalayım yani sabah sabah bütün sinirlerimi zıplatılar benim için çok büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı Gaziantep Holiday inn Otel

Odanın ısıtma sistemi fan çalıştırmasan bile havalandırmayı açmışsın gibi ses çıkarıyordu. Odada havlu asma yeri yoktu. Temizlik istemiyorum dememe rağmen odama girip su koymuşlar,kapıya koymaları gerekirdi. Otopark yok, valeler otelin kendi personeli değil. Bulunduğum kattaki asansör çağırma tuşu elektrik çarpıyordu. Otelden ayrıldıktan 5-6 saat sonra arayıp kullandığım havludaki boyalı saçımdan kalan lekeler çıkmadığı için 500 tl talep ettiler.

Rezalet

Rezervasyonumu en büyük çift kişilik yataklı oda için yaptım. Ancak bana iki tek kişilik yatağın birleştirildiği oda verdiler. Gece geç giriş yaptığım için ses çıkarmadım ama sabah çıkışta sorduğumda “sisteme bu şekilde düşmüştür” gibi ilgisiz ve sorumluluk almayan bir yanıt aldım. Müşteri memnuniyeti ve rezervasyona sadakat bu şekilde olmamalı. Ücretini tam olarak ödediğim hizmeti almak en doğal hakkım. Otelin bu konuda daha özenli ve profesyonel olması gerekiyor.
