I can not say enough good things about this property. At check-in we were greeted warmly and efficiently checked in. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal - everything from make your own waffles and pancakes, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, and numerous coffee options. The food service staff was so friendly and efficient. The foyer was beautiful, and we just kept saying that we could not believe how nice the hotel was for the price point. Every staff member we meet was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Gaylord area.
