"Carpe Diem" vacation rental in our traditional Tuscan stone house. Perfectly restored with a personal touch. Living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom with air conditioning
(max. 3 guests), bathroom with shower, and private terrace.
Large 12 x 5-meter pool with a sun deck. Large 14-hectare property—perfect for hiking and exploring nature. Organically maintained for at least 50 years, with a magnificent olive grove featuring olive trees, some of which are 1,000 years old. A 7–8-minute walk takes you to our medieval village of Caldana. There you’ll find cafes, bars, 3 restaurants, a Coop, a bakery, a butcher shop, an ATM, and a 12th-century church.
It’s about a 10-minute drive to the sea and the beautiful, clean beaches of Castiglione. Swimming, snorkeling, sailing—everything related to water sports is available here. There are perfect opportunities for excursions following in the footsteps of the Etruscans in the immediate vicinity, for example in Vetulonia.
