Ett rätt slitet ich bedagat hotell utan krusiduller. Tidig 90-tals inredning utan ansiktslyft. Bra läge, tyst rum med gardin på trekvart men helt ok säng. Frukost nere i källaren med rätt tråkigt standardsortiment. Beroende på när man kommer kan delar sv frukosten saknas på buffébordet. Gammalt ofärskt bröd över lördag och söndag. Sammantaget tyvärr en rätt trist upplevelse. Här har man vilat på lagrarna - kanske otillräcklig konkurrens mellan hotellen i Gävle?

När vi kom in på rummet var inte golvet städat, det var fläckar på flera ställen. Personal erbjöd sig att komma och städa men vid frågan om att byta rum i stället så gick det bra. Men man märker att städningen inte är så bra för vid nästa rum så var det väldigt dammigt på kontakterna. Bott på hotellet tidigare och då var det mycket bättre
