In the southeastern corner of Piedmont, on a secluded and sunny hilltop overlooking the charming town of Gavi and its fortress, you will find this beautiful and recently renovated former winery dating from the late 19th century. It offers stunning views of the town and the fortress to the northeast and the surrounding landscape, with the Alps visible in the distance to the west. You can enjoy the view from sunrise to sunset! The property includes a total of 120 acres of land and consists of a newly renovated house and a barn. There are 26 beds spread across 13 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a gym, a wine cellar, and several living rooms. An outdoor pergola with a pizza oven and a large (12x6m) swimming pool with a spacious sun terrace are also at your disposal. With easy access to the A7 highway, it is approximately 50-minute drive from Genoa and the beautiful Ligurian Coast and a 75-minute drive from Milan. As you may know, Gavi is most famous for its white wine, Gavi di Gavi. There are several opportunities to visit local wineries and enjoy wine testings in the nearby area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the Serravalle Luxury Outlet—one of Europe’s largest. Several golf courses are within a 20-minute drive.
