The Moulin de Saint-Avit invites you to an unforgettable stay in the listed valley of Gavaudun.
You will have 5 hectares at your sole disposal with incomparable tranquility.
The Mill dates from the 17th century and has just been freshly renovated to offer you 11 rooms (2 of which overlook the waterfall), 9 bathrooms, a 12x6 meter swimming pool secured by a barrier (which can be removed) and covered by a solar bubble tarpaulin to preserve its heat in summer (generally 30 degrees - there is no heat pump because it is rarely necessary), a jacuzzi (open from October 1st to April 30th), a billiard table and above all a favorite assured by the charm of the place.

In addition (1000€), you can have a barn of 85m2 for your most beautiful events: yoga retreat, small country wedding, seminar and team building, ...

You will be spoilt for choice if you want to discover our magnificent region since the Moulin is located on the border of the Dordogne, the Lot and the Lot et Garonne. 5 minutes away, for example, is the majestic Château de Biron.

Many additional services are offered: bread delivery, catering meals provided on site, childcare, escape game, treasure hunt, murder party, yoga, treasure hunt, battle archery, ...

We can offer you all-inclusive weekends for your most beautiful events.

A little bit of heaven

Beautiful old mill extremely attentive no issues ever occur. Everyone in my family. Loved the house. close to a charmingn if you want to walk there amazing pool and grounds. I feel like I’ve been my friend for two weeks, relaxing and set up so well that even you have close to 30 staying there you never felt on top of each other and the beds where amazing loved it and want to go back again

Great house for a large group

The house has a wow factor. It is a beautiful old stone mill house in extensive grounds including a 12x6m swimming pool. The eleven bedrooms and many bathrooms suited our family’s needs. We did all our own catering (a group of 20) and the kitchen was well kitted out with crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils. Candice and Bertrand were very helpful. Having croissants/ baguettes delivered daily was very welcome.

Beautiful house in gorgeous location

We cannot speak highly enough of this booking, the property was excellent and very spacious with everything you need and ample seating etc. Nothing was to much trouble for the host Candice who made everything simple and went above and beyond for any requests we had. The area was beautiful with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area and on site. We were a group of 21 of all ages celebrating my 50th and everyone had a wonderful time and want to return! Thank you Candice 😊

Parfait!

Tout était parfait ! Le domaine est magnifique, tout est bien équipé. Un réel effet whaou pour tout le monde. Nous avons passé un super week-end. Candice est réactive et aux petits soins.
