Everything was great. Very comfortable bed. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really good (apart from the scrambled egg which tasted powdery and granular but this was a minor issue!). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Generally the hotel is in quite good nick, staff lovely but the 12% surcharge on drinks and food is absolutely diabolical. Hardly any sleep had in room 111, woken up by people working outside for what seemed an age at 2am then again at 5am and 6am, finally went for breakfast. Terrible sound proofing.

Great location, easy change from Clapham and free shuttle to Hotel. Only downside was that, myself and another customer I chatted with, we both didn’t realise that it was possible to access the hotel through the terminal building. We thought you had to walk all the way around the road with your luggage -so it would’ve been better had that been clearer, but otherwise can’t fault it. Straight out the door into the Terminal building!
