Beautiful Villa 500 m from the Lake with Pool and Air Conditioning

Located in Gastes, "Villa du Lac" offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 103 m² property features a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (the master bedroom overlooks the pool), a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV with DVD player, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, and a game console. A baby cot is also available.



Cleaning is not included in the rental; please leave the house clean. If you prefer, a cleaning service is available for an extra fee and can be paid on site to your host.

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool. The villa was spotless and was incredibly well equipped in the kitchen. The pool area, outdoor shower and petanque area were all fantastic. Providing bikes to ride around the lake to the local beaches was a great addition and Mimizan is only a short drive away. The hosts were absolutely lovely, helpful and welcoming, with a lovely welcoming pack on arrival! All in all a great holiday!
