Casa Boheme, a completely renovated villa located 3 km from the entrance to Saint-Tropez.
The villa is on 2 floors with on the first floor a large living-dining room with an open fitted kitchen opening directly onto the outdoor terrace, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor there is also a living-dining room, an independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace.
Outside a garden of 1500 m2 with a petanque court, a heated swimming pool, several spaces with garden furniture.

The Villa is located in a secure residence with regular patrol service. The property is equipped with a high-performance alarm system and outdoor video surveillance cameras for optimal security.
