Fully equipped and tastefully decorated, located in the upper part of the campground in the owners-only area (quiet) with a prime spot on a terraced slope above the other mobile homes and with a parking space.

The mobile home features air conditioning, two bedrooms with storage, a beautiful bathroom, and a combined kitchen, living, and dining area.
The outdoor area, approximately 100 m², features an outdoor kitchen with all the essentials and a griddle. Garden furniture and a large, sheltered table are provided for dining under the trees.

Offering mountain views, Parc Montana Gassin Saint Tropez is located in Gassin. It features a restaurant, a kids’ club, a bar, a garden, a heated outdoor pool
open year-round, a pool with a slide for children, and a terrace. It also has a water park and a snack bar.

The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and shower.

You can play table tennis on-site or go cycling in the surrounding area.

You’ll be staying 2.6 km from Marina Cogolin Beach and 37 km from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure train station. The nearest airport, Toulon-Hyères, is 48 km away. Please note: cleaning is not included; guests must leave the property clean or purchase the €50 cleaning option. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

Fees for access to campground facilities are not included and must be paid upon arrival at the campground reception desk to obtain your wristbands and access card: 20€/day/accommodation
