Situated 7 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence houses a collection of chalets resembling Californian houses integrated into a pine tree-covered site of 15 hectares. Ideally located 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from shops, and 7 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle).

Each house has a beautiful terrace and a parking space. This chalet of approximately 57 square meters opens onto the living area that leads to its large terrace. The equipped kitchen is open to the living room. You will find 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, and one with a single bed. There is a bathroom with a toilet.
