A alimentação era boa: café, almoço, lanche e jantar. Minha pequena come pouco ao levantar e tinha que guardar frutas porque o almoço demorava e não havia petiscos ou qualquer alimento fora do horário. Uma sugestão é deixar disponível uns lanchinhos ou sorvete para os hóspedes. Os chalés são em um morro bem íngreme. Precisamos ir de carro no local onde fica o restaurante e a piscina porque o trajeto era bem cansativo e no retorno molhado da piscina era incômodo entrar no carro. Estavamos com duas crianças e colocaram nos últimos chalés que são bem longe. A recreação deixou muito a desejar. Atividades que não empolgavam as crianças e nem os adultos. Sem contar que a programação ficava na recepção: uma sugestão é enviar no WhatsApp um dia anterior a programação do dia seguinte. Os funcionários são todos muito bem treinados, solícitos e educados. O atendimento superou minhas expectativas.

Atendimento no check in ruim, atendente não explicou nada sobre hotel e só informou que se quiséssemos usar jacuzzi tinha que reservar com salva vidas. Tivemos que voltar a recepção para saber como funcionava a programação e receber mais informações. Não existe drink de boas vindas como mencionado. No geral foi bom, mas esperava bem mais de um local que se denomina resort de alto padrão.

Tivemos uma experiência muito boa até a metade do tempo quando eu tive uma virose e passei muito mal. Mesmo assim, a equipe quando ficou sabendo fez de tudo para que eu tivesse um pouco mais de descanso, conseguiram remédios e até ofereceram chamar um médico para me atender. Enquanto estávamos todos bem, aproveitamos muito, a comida é muito boa, o atendimento é impecável. Os tios da recriação infantil são muito animados e fizeram de tudo para o nosso filho se enturmar, foi muito legal. Único ponto negativo é com relação ao colchão e travesseiros, que para o meu gosto eram muito duros, mas tem quem goste, então não chega a ser um defeito.
