The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people.

The apartment was completely modernized in 2021. It features high-quality custom woodwork and state-of-the-art technology, such as rain-sensor-controlled skylights, a digital keyless entry system, free Wi-Fi, and an air purifier.

The spacious living-dining room features a comfortable fold-out sleeper sofa for two adults and a flat-screen SMART TV.

The cozy corner bench with a large dining table and the pull-out cabinets in the sloped ceilings round out the harmonious atmosphere.

The fully covered west-facing balcony, accessible from the living-dining area, offers a sweeping, unobstructed view of the meadows on the southern edge of town as well as the Werdenfels and Tyrolean mountains.

The separate bedroom with a double bed and another flat-screen smart TV is the ideal retreat with a cozy atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the south-facing balcony.

The new, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senseo Switch coffee maker, toaster, and kettle—leaves nothing to be desired.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a rain shower, heated floors, and a hair dryer ensures you’ll have both an energetic start to the morning and a relaxing end to the day.

PLEASE NOTE: If children aged 0 to 12 are traveling with you, the automatic price calculation will be incorrect! If you have children under 12, do not include them in the number of guests. Children ages 0–5 stay with us for free; children ages 6–12 cost €7.50 per night. Please send the children’s ages to the host in a message upon arrival. The price will then be calculated manually.

Cash Deposit:
Please have a cash deposit of €200 ready upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 48 hours after departure, provided the rental property is returned in good condition.

Visitor’s tax/guest card:
€3 per person per day; €1 for children ages 6 to 15; children under 6 are exempt. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
