Great simple hotel, next to a lovely coffee shop. Coffee at the front desk as well. No individual coffee pots in rooms, but we lived! Manager/owner is so friendly. Clean, no mold, no sand in room, and I saw one after another resident had left .. wow! they really clean up.

Best thing about the hotel is price and location. They came in to “clean” the room - but didn’t make the beds! Only changed the towels and gave us more TP. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that changed the towels but didn’t make the beds or straighten up the room. Very strange!
