Geräumige Wohnung in spitzen Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber und nah an einem Strand und der Innenstadt mit Restaurants gelegen. Die Wohnung wirkt etwas kalt/leer, weshalb ein paar (künstliche) Pflanzen oder eine Lampe mit warmen Licht helfen könnten. Ein Teppich könnte gegen das leichte Echo in der Wohnung helfen. Da es nur kleine, hoch gelegene Fenster gibt, wäre ein Ventilator/Klimaanlage gut, um etwas frische Luft in die Wohnung zu bekommen.
