Casa Gelsomina fully renovated charming historic house

Casa Gelsomina is a charming historical house located in the center of the characteristic village of Gardone Riviera. It is the ideal accommodation for those who want to enjoy the services offered by the town and the proximity to the lake, without having to travel by car. It is a two-story house that has just been renovated and modernized while maintaining some features of the original structure, which make it a pleasant, unique and familiar environment in which to spend your holiday on the lake.
The house has a lake view garden equipped with everything needed to be able to use it (barbecue, 2 sun beds, 2 deck chairs, table and chairs for 6 people).
In the village of Gardone Riviera alto you will find bakers, butchers, fruit and vegetables, bars and excellent restaurants and taverns just a stone's throw from home. On request, some restaurants also offer home delivery service. The nearest beach is 10 minutes' walk away, the supermarket 5 minutes' drive, the nearest town (Salò) 10 minutes' drive away and private parking 300 meters away. A small train passes a step from home, connecting the upper part of Gardone to the lower one, making travel to the beaches or the ferry stop extremely easy.
Bakery, butcher, greengrocer, bar and excellent restaurants and taverns are within walking distance from the house. On request some restaurants also offer home delivery service. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk, the supermarket 5 minutes away by car, the nearest town (Salò) 10 minutes away by car and the private parking is 250 meters away.

For stays of at least 14 nights we offer a change of towels and bed linen and a cleaning in the middle of the stay. If you have special needs or limitations, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.

Cleaning procedure: we sanitise all the house using product labeled with PMC ( Presidio Medico Chirurgico ), which are the only approved products to kill bacteria/virus.
Moreover on request we can make an Ozone treatment which is one of the world's best non-chemical sanitisers and smell removal. This machine allow to deeply purify a room, even all the textile, mattress, pillows… It eliminates all bacteria and virus that a previous guest might have left. The extra cost for this treatment would be calculated on request.
Pets are welcome but we do not accept more than 1 dog/cat and charge €75 pet fee.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt, alles war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Laura/ Olga) klappte hervorragend und beide waren immer freundlich & reaktionsschnell. Im Dorf befindet sich ein Bäcker, Metzger sowie etliche Restaurants. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, der in dem eingezäunten Grundstück auch mal alleine draußen liegen konnte. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Hunden eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem mit tollem Garten. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und hat Alles was man braucht. Gardone ist nicht so überlaufen, man hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kann entspannt an den See laufen. Alle sind hundefreundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Idylisches, schönes, kleines Ferienhaus

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Gelsomia in Gardone verbracht und besonders das schöne Aussengelände des Ferienhauses sehr geschätzt. Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und mit dem kleinen Gartenbereich schön privat gehalten, so dass wir auch gerne dort gekocht und draussen gegessen haben. Unser Hund hat sich dort ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage im Dorf ist tagsüber recht belebt, aber nachts war es ruhig. Sehr schöne Restaurants, eine Eisdiele und kleine Geschäfte mit Lebensmitteln sind direkt fussläufig erreichbar und von Gardone aus haben wir tolle Ausflüge rund um den Garda See gemacht. Der Check- In war problemlos, die Kommunikation mit Olga von der Agentur immer sehr freundlich und wir wurden kurz vor der Ankunft mit einem PDF über allen wichtigen Infos der Umgebung und der Parkplatzsituation vertraut gemacht. Das fanden wir sehr hilfreich, vielen Dank!

Wunderschönes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses ist spektakulär. Es befindet sich mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants. Trotzdem erreicht man den See fussläufig. Das Haus und der Garten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Und für unseren Hund war es ideal.

Wer etwas Besonders sucht und in italienisches Lebensgefühl eintauchen möchte, wird einen tollen Urlaub hier verbringen. Tolles Haus mit viel Flair, super Lage. Zu Fuß zum Bäcker, Kaufmann oder auf einen Espresso. Abends stehen mehrere sehr gute Restaurants zur Auswahl. Der See ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste Hundestrand ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Danke.

Tradition und Charme

eine typische kleine Urlaubsvilla von 1900 im oberen Gardone, frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Sehr nett im Dorf eingebunden, nette kleine Geschäfte für alles Tägliche um die Ecke... zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen am Gardasee, wie die Einheimischen es lieben . Und Gardone verbindet viele klassische Kulturstätten: Exotismus und Militaria... wenn man zu Gast ist, sehr interessant!

Schönes Ferienhaus im historischen Ortskern

Das Haus ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Garten mit Liegestühlen und Essbereich. Auch das WLAN hat immer gut funktioniert. Da das Haus mitten im Ortskern liegt, sind es nur ein paar Meter zum Bäcker und zu einem kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man Obst, Käse und vieles mehr kaufen kann. Auch gibt es mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super schöne charmante Unterkunft mit mediterranen Flair!

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einem super schönen Garten. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Villa Gelsomina liegt im alten wunderschönen Teil von Gardone Riviera (mit zahlreichen Restaurants). Direkt ggü. haben wir uns einfach was zum Essen geholt und im Garten gegessen. Das i Tüpfelchen wäre noch ein kleiner Pool in dem schönen Garten.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und war sehr sauber. Leider gab es keinen Toaster was wir aber auch lösen konnten. Für eine Familie absolut ausreichend. Kann man sehr gut empfehlen.Sehr romantisch und mitten im Ort wo man alles tägliche besorgen kann.
