It was an overall okay experience it definitely doesn’t look like the photos which I expected and I understand they are rebuilding it but there was a hole in the wall in my room the phone was broken the tv service was old even the curtains were dirty but it was okay it’s in a quiet area it was an overall okay experience nothing to write home about

The room was clean and new but was lacking basic amenities that are expected in a hotel room. Firstly, there was no closet or even hangers to hang clothes. I was in town for a wedding and wanted to hang my suit. I had to go ask the front desk clerk for hangers. He brought them to my room and I hung my new suit on the shower bar. Needless to say there was also no iron in the room. I didn’t even bother to ask for one. No safe and no toilet paper dispenser. Just a roll of paper sitting on top of top of the toilet tank. There was also very limited places to plug anything into power outlets. One under the desk and one at the base of the lamp next to the non-HDTV.

It was not to clean and had a bad odor. There was a lot if maintenance being done and work equipment left everywhere.

Unfortunately I didn't expect a great hotel but there was mold and mildew everywhere, the door didn’t close well, and the room was very musty. Service was terrible as the manager was the only employee and said was too busy to help.

Mold on bathroom ceiling. Water not hot in shower, Didnt drain very well. No coffee maker in room . Ice machine out of order. Floor in room was sticky. Had to get key in door just right to open. Bed and TV were good.

The ac is off when we got there at 5pm at 1130 we were all dripping in sweat still after having the air on full blast the entire time. We never uncovered the beds because it was so hot so cant say how clean the beds were but the floor turned our feet black within 30 minutes used some baby wipes to clean the floors the best i could but it was terrible. The bathroom faucet was very dirty and the shower was visably dirty on the bottom probably from everyones black feet that had stayed there and the shower drain was clogged so it backed up the water. But the check in staff was nice and the large pictures of trees in the room my son really liked. Overall definitely not worth the price even with inflation taken into account.
