The newly built “Ferienhaus 36 Grad,” situated in a quiet location, is in Garding—in the heart of Eiderstedt and very close to Sankt Peter Ording. Lovingly and modernly furnished, this light-filled semi-detached home offers approximately 100 square meters of living space and 3 bedrooms, providing ample room for up to 6 people. The open, modern kitchen and the spacious living area—with floor-to-ceiling windows, a modern dining area, and a cozy sofa—invite you to relax and offer a dream vacation in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. You can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace with its adjoining garden. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with exterior roller shutters and also have pleated blinds in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. This beautiful vacation home features a central ventilation system and underfloor heating.

The “world’s largest sandbox” – Sankt Peter Ording – with its beautiful sandy beaches is just a 10-minute drive away (approx. 11 km). As a vacation destination, Garding offers a quiet alternative to SPO and is an ideal starting point for wonderful bike rides and excursions in the surrounding area. The town has various shopping options (bakery, Edeka, Netto, etc.), a gas station, a train station, doctors, and a pharmacy, covering all aspects of daily life. Everything is within walking distance.
Two public electric vehicle charging stations are just a 2-minute walk from the vacation home.

Das Ferienhaus 36 Grad ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus. Liebevolle Bepflanzung der Blumenschale vor der Haustür und auf dem Terrassentisch (haben wir dann auch gerne gegossen). Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und schnell heimisch. Bettwäsche- und Handtuchpaket sind top und spart viel Platz im eigenen Gepäck. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Urlaubsservice Eiderstedt sind bei Fragen und Wünschen sehr entgegen kommend und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes modernes Haus mit genügend Platz, um ggf. Schlechtwettertage darin zu verbringen. Ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für einen Mehr-Generationen-Urlaub bzw. eine große Familie. Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge auf Eiderstedt, Fahrtzeiten zu den Stränden in SPO zwischen 12 und 17 Minuten.

Ein Ferienhaus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Super sauber, super Ausstattung!!!! Wir sind mit sechs Erwachsenen dort gewesen, die Betten sind aber nur für fünf Personen, wenn man nicht gerade mit drei Paaren oder als Familie reist. Mit dem Fahrrad nach St. Peter ca. 13 km.

Das Haus ist Super modern eingerichtet und es hat für 6 Personen mega viel Platz und vor allem eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche Es ist genug Besteck und alles in Vielfalt da, was man zum Kochen benötigt.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Reihenhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet in einer ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Lage in Garding. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Nähe zu SPO machen es zu einem guten Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Eiderstedts.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch optimal : Bis zum Strand und zum Zentrum von St. Peter Ording sind es Max. 15 Minuten, es gibt in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen Bäcker. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
