"Where The Buffalo Rooms" a studio apartment situated up on a bluff above the town of Gardiner, Montana with amazing views of the historic Yellowstone Arch, Electric Peak and the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

Our walk-out studio apartment comes equipped with all the comforts of home including a pillow-top, queen bed, full bathroom with tub and hand-held shower head and a full kitchen. The sofa with extended chaise is the perfect spot to relax, catch a movie or check your email after a full-day exploring Yellowstone! The full kitchen will allow you to fix your own meals and pack lunches in the available cooler for your journey into the Park. Smart TV and Wireless Internet are included.

What we love about our home is that it is "in town" without being down on the main street. Our secluded lot is located up on the hill, about a five minute walk to downtown Gardiner where you will find shopping, restaurants, raft companies and more! The studio has an outside patio and lawn directly by the unit. Barbecue your dinner while admiring the view! There is private parking and a separate gated entry down to the unit. Our home is located up a dirt road, hill. Winter reservations will need an All-Wheel drive vehicle to be sure of access, even though the owner plows daily. Exterior security cameras are present on the property.

We keep our reservation calendar updated to the minute and our description on this page is accurate. This adorable studio apartment had every amenity we needed and then some. Very clean and comfortable. Nice views from the patio for the sunset. Having a welcome binder with suggested restaurants was a plus. We very much enjoyed our stay in The Buffalo's Room.

The Buffalo room is amazing! Highly recommended for your visit to Yellowstone. We loved the views and the location was very convenient. Only a few minutes from the Gardiner entrance to the park, we walked to dinner each night and had some friendly encounters with a few elks in town. If we come back to Yellowstone, we’ll definitely stay here. Thank you Barbara!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Buffalo room during our 3-day visit to Yellowstone! The attention to detail was apparent in every respect - including things like providing nice binoculars and a hard sided igloo cooler to make our day trips into the park even better! This studio provides everything two people need to access YNP from the north gate. Clean, private, well stocked with essentials to cook onsite. Beautiful views and natural lighting. Bonus for us was the natural alarm clock of a singing bird a 6:00am. What a great way to wake up. Highly recommend.
