There’s black hairs everywhere I felt I saw. The floors were not cleaned and instantly felt that walking in the room. I had to put my sandals back on it was gross. The pool area needs someone cleaning throughout the day it’s so nasty too

Room was great! Big enough for a family of 5 without feeling overcrowded. All amenities available onsite, you don’t have to leave the premises. There was plenty to do even if certain attractions were closed down for maintenance. You are also able to access all attractions before check-in and after check-out. An excellent choice for a long weekend stay.

Breakfast buffet was excellent!! I think our waitress was Delores was very kind. I love all the amenities. Food was very expensive at the steakhouse and waterpark. My room was pretty steamy although I adjusted temperature it didn't seem to regulate. The downside was that my room was not very clean. We got in pretty late and that morning i realized that my bed sheets and pillows were stained, the staff responded and had my room cleaned.

GWL Staff was friendly and helpful. With the exception of the Hilton sales people promoting their time share packages. They were annoying, caused us some confusion. We thought they were concierges on initial contact.

We left the next day without the breakfast. We were treated like we didn't matter. Even though we spent a lot there. We had to keep going to the front desk for assistance. It like they were setting us up to get us to leave, so we just did.
