The room was nice and clean, comfortable bedding, after bathrooms cleaning there was always only two wash cloths left, on check in day the room had the smell of someone smoking. All staff person was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again...

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The parking was not the best and the rooms were outdated and dirty. The carpet in the rooms had multiple stains, both the coffee and fridge had food stains left. The bathroom was spacious, however, it was old and outdated. The sink and tubs were semi clogged.

First and foremost, the room was clean but the carpet is very stained. The beds were supposed to be queen beds but they were not. Very uncomfortable to sleep in because we expected queen size beds and they were size full definetly not queen size as advertised so we did not sleep very comfortably. Staff was amazing though.

Clean room, comfortable beds, pleasant staff. The only complaint was the parking situation however, there were a couple of weddings and other holiday events that impacted the parking in the lot that is shared with two other hotels. I feel the likelihood of this happening again would be minimal.

It’s very nice and oooh them beds! 😩😩 i got good rest AC in room keeps it cold only thing would be if you get there late you’ll have to park far but nothing wrong with that either! I do recommend and will be returning here when we come to visit!

Checked in Wed-Sat Rep saw absolutely no prkng still chrgd being handicapped cars no Sticker horrible ground cracked no lighting walked 20 cars in back lot Rep offered Btl Wtr But I asked front desk told water was only for staff. He said he was Suprv raised voice totally embarrassed me it was not his job I should go to my rm that’s housekeeping job but I cleared my own room for the entire stay. And that was just 2 water btls. I travel a lot 30 Days in Philippines/Bohol/Hawaii. just rtnd for Thanksgiving being a Marriott Member. This was odd. Never has it happened. BEWARE! $29Fee 20+Cars Walking Distance Dark/Dangerous ground in back lot and unsupervised. Staff all have mixed ways of knowledge and Don’t hear A Word You Tell Them.

The room was not spotless but the minor flaws are drowned out by everything else. The staff is BOTH helpful and ALWAYS kind. I have chosen to stay here by a landslide in comparison to other competitors i've stayed at the last 3 times I've visited because tthey are consistent in service. The breakfast that is an extra fee is yummy and the coffee stays strong everytime. The shower pressure rocks and the beds are the most comfortable for me. I can't wait til my next stay.
