Overall a nice stay - the listing is accurate and the accommodations agreeable. A slight point of frustration when we arrived 40 minutes early and asked if we could be let in and were told, 'no'. So we essentially sat in our freezing car for 40 minutes until the clock struck 4pm. I know we were asking for a very small favor, but it was silly when there was no reason not to have let us in (no cleaning crews or others in the rental). Other than that - all good.

We stayed at this location for our annual family reunion trip and it was perfect. We had 24 individuals and everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked. The porch had such a beautiful view. The hot tub was great. The kids LOVED the theater room. The garage was stocked with bikes, beach toys, etc. The property managers were quick to respond to any questions we had. It was GREAT!
