Welcome to Sunny Side, a modern and spacious 5-bedroom retreat in the heart of Bear Lake, Utah, just minutes from Ideal Beach Resort. Inside, the home features two separate living rooms, each with its own cozy gas fireplace, making it easy for everyone to spread out while still spending time together. The generously sized bedrooms—including a fun bunk room with a foosball table—offer plenty of space, and most feature their own ensuite bathroom for added privacy.

This very comfortably fit our family of sixteen (four separate families). We loved the bathrooms attached to the bedrooms and the bunk room was a hit for all the kids! It is conveniently located close to Pickleville playhouse. The kitchen had two fridges which was so nice to have th extra room. We had a wonderful time here and would recommend and book again!

Extremely comfortable size for our large group. Conveniently located bathrooms and plenty of them. Everyone enjoyed the deck and the beautiful view! The foosball table and the kids couch and tv made the upstairs areas way less hectic. With two fridges and all the kitchenware we needed we could have stayed much longer. We loved the yellow house charm and will be booking another stay!

Loved the two refrigerators! Loved all of the bathrooms and showers! Loved the open feel of the family and kitchen with high vaulted ceilings! Awesome view! I feel the trail from the lower parking to the upper side door could be better cleared from weeds and stickers!

This house was exactly as advertised. It is clean, and spacious. The location was perfect for a bunch of golfers, and the views were fantastic. Having two fridges was very convenient, and multiple en suite bathrooms was a huge plus. We will stay here again for sure.
