Our door did not properly lock - you could push the door open unless it was deadbolted. There was a pet odor. It seemed loud from outside noise overnight. Because we arrived late evening, we didn’t open the curtain until morning. The reason it was so loud was because the window was WIDE OPEN.

Old interior. Bathroom counter falling down. Bathtub rust spots. Needs updating. It was a mid range priced hotel in the area. Hampton was nicer but twice the price. Get what you pay for I guess.

Higher quality than expected for price

Very good price for the quality of the room. Desk clerk was knowledgeable and experienced (often not the case!). He was able to resolve a booking problem in which only one room of the two we had booked online had been changed to a corrected date on a “non-refundable” reservation! Very grateful for that.

It’s not great.

A/C nice and quiet. Coffee good. Bad: mattress, lighting (missing lightbulbs, or low-wattage bulbs - bathroom is very poorly lit, can’t see to shave or do makeup If you needed a bath instead of a shower, out of luck. No stopper in tub. Wallboard peeling, there’s a hole in the wall at the baseboard inside bathroom by the door. (Rm 226)

This hotel is my second go to if the Hilton is booked. It’s cleaner than the Comfort inn for sure and a lot nicer/cleaner/safer than Americas Best Value inn. The room was nice had plenty of space the beds were comfy and clean. The microwave and fridge worked great! It was quiet and safe! My only complaint is the bathroom was way smaller than I thought!
