The villa “La Maison sur Mer,” renovated in 2023, offers a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake Garda. This mid-century architectural gem is located in an exclusive private resort with a large garden and private parking. The villa features 160 square meters of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room, and is part of a complex consisting of two separate buildings. The villa has a large terrace with a lounge and dining area, a rooftop terrace, and a sun terrace with a daybed, all offering spectacular views of the lake.
The villa was designed in 1977 by the renowned Italian architect Giovanna Reni. The furnishings were selected with great care and consist of a mix of mid-century and modern design, as well as contemporary art in every room. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, and the large open kitchen with a kitchen island meets every need.

Das Haus ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick über den Gardasee ist wirklich atemberaubend. Das Haus war sehr, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr groß. Der Check in und die Einweisung waren sehr gut strukturiert und hilfreich. Der Check out war sehr flexibel und entspannt. Die Vermieterin stand jederzeit kurzfristig für Anfragen zur Verfügung. Ein Aufenthalt wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben und ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.
