My stay overall was okay, but the check-in process really wasn’t great. When we arrived, they had us listed for two rooms even though we only booked one. The woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and didn’t make the situation any easier. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that they used full-size shampoo and body wash instead of the tiny bottles that never give enough. That part was a nice touch. As for the food, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. Pretty average. Overall, the stay was fine once we got past check-in, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

The room was ok, very tired and needs upgrading. Staff was great! Parking lot was very well lit! Special area for my dog to relieve herself with poop bags and garbage can was much appreciated. They served breakfast, but we dudnt partake.

I made an accident when booking and booked this hotel when I thought I was booking in a different city. I figured out my mistake and asked Expedia to talk to this hotel about refunding my money because it was just a mistake and this hotel refused to refund my money stating that I had checked in to both the rooms. This was a complete lie by the hotel because I never even went to this town and was in a totally different town that night. Will never stay here now, that is just poor service to prey on people’s mistakes. It was early in the day that I tried to cancel and they could have sold the room to someone else.

Loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next adventure in. The location was perfect to get into Redwood National Park. Staff was great and very friendly. Rooms were clean and cozy. 10/10 if at all possible get a balancy room and watch the sun come up with the town and the mountains around you...truly like a movie scene.

Went to the area for a race. The hotel is very close to the race area. The hotel is clean and bed is very comfortable and the room is very roomy. Next year when sign up for another race, this hotel is a good choice for it's location and comfort.
