Our apartment is located right on the beachfront of La Caleta de Interian Bay in Garachico, on the first floor of a luxury building that offers peace and quiet, a side view of the ocean, and a view of the garden from the terrace. Renovated in 2012, the apartment offers every comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with two sinks, a 40-inch LED TV, and more. With a basement storage unit and garage, plus a 25 m² terrace, everything is in place for enjoying delicious breakfasts in the sun amidst tropical scenery. Comfortable, well equipped, quiet and in a beautiful location!

The property was as described - clean, comfortable and smartly presented. Very close to the seafront and with a lovely view of the mountains through the gardens. Pablo was a really welcoming host who took the time and trouble to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay including lots of local information about the island. A very enjoyable trip all in all - many thanks.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung in gepfleger Anlage

Sauber, gepflegt und großzügig ist die FeWo - wie beschrieben. Schöner Platz zum Entspannen. Der Ort selbst hat leider zumindest im Winter nicht viel gastronomisches Angebot. Da braucht es dann ein Auto um die Nachbarorte zu erreichen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Strand/Promenade saniert. Gut für kommende Gäste, aber nicht so schön für unseren Trip. Muss ja aber sein und wir haben es daher auch nicht zu kritisieren. Wir sind zufrieden!

Schöne Wohnung in hübscher Bucht mit TOP WIFI

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders nachdem das High Speed WLAN installiert wurde - für Workation ist dieses App also definitiv zu empfehlen- Mittagspause am Strand & Sprung ins Meer! Einzig die Lage des App. Direkt an der kleinen Straße (fast jeden Morgen laut polternd die Müllabfuhr) & direkt über der Garageneinfahrt (laut quietschendes Tor) haben unseren insgesamt sehr guten Eindruck etwas getrübt. Pablo war sehr freundlich & hat uns stets mit allem weitergeholfen!

wunderbares La Caleta de Interian

Die wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung Casa Almar, Edeficio 4, war für fast 4 Wochen unser zuhause an der Promenade von La Caleta de Interian. Hier gibt es nur sehr wenig Tourismus und, das war genau das, was wir wollten. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts. Da es in der ersten Zeit sehr kalt war, (der Teide sah aus, als ob er uns zum skilaufen einladen wollte, soviel Schnee war gefallen), brachte Pablo uns eine elektrische Heizung, so hatten wir es dann abends schön warm. Die Küche mit anschließendem Wohn-/Essraum ist gemütlich und der Platz ist völlig ausreichend. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit einer sehr guten Matraze. Wir haben dort wunderbar geschlafen. Das schönste aber ist die Terrasse mit 2 Liegen und einem großen Tisch und 4 Stühlen. Für die Liegen sind Auflagen und für die Stühle sind Kissen vorhanden. Auf die Terrasse kommt man vom Schlafzimmer, als auch vom angrenzenden Wohnbereich. Hier kann man so richtig die Sonne genießen.

Location en tout point conforme à l’annonce , literie impeccable . L’appartement est très confortable et décoré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Pablo dès notre arrivée avec des petits gestes de bienvenue ( chocolat , corbeille de fruits ) . Il fût de bons conseils pour que notre séjour soit agréable . Fabulous stay in off- the- beaten -track real Tenerife

We are still in disbelief that we managed to find this wonderful apartment in a great untouristy location! Firstly the apartment itself is of the highest standard; absolutely tastefully furnished and equipped with every tiny detail considered. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment immaculately clean throughout. It is privately located in a gated community and the balcony looks out onto a beautiful garden with mountain views beyond. Pablo is an excellent host, explaining everything and on our departure he kindly drove us to our bus. We loved the location of the apartment particularly as we don’t hire a car while in Tenerife. The bus stop is near and the main bus route enables you to get about easily - we did loads of excursions including a strenuous mountain walk! Both Los Silos and Garachico are near enough to walk easily. From Los Silos we discovered a great coastal path walk and another at Buenavista - both quite exciting adventures! The village itself is authentic Tenerife community with a great beach - very quiet and peaceful. Excellent supermarket open long days except Sunday. If you want a totally relaxing away from it all holiday in a lovely apartment I recommend staying here without hesitation! We will definitely be coming to Pablo’s place again.

Wohlfühl-Apartment

Wir haben es genauso angetroffen wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben- eine sehr gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr schöner großer Terrasse. Es wurde an alles gedacht und die Liebe zum Detail ist nicht zu übersehen. Pablo ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter, wir fühlten uns in jeder Hinsicht gut aufgehoben - Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété très bien entretenue. Il ne manque vraiment rien. On se sent comme à la maison. Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Schade war nur, dass das WLAN wirklich sehr langsam ist und nur teilweise funktioniert hat. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und der Check in und out war unkompliziert. Pablo war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen verraten. Vielen Dank!

Dans ce gite rien ne manque, tout a été prévu pour vous éviter le moindre souci en cas d'oubli, la décoration est superbe, l'équipement haut de gamme, accueil très chaleureux, confort de l'ensemble du gite exceptionnel, la terrasse par sa surface et son équipement vous incite à ne plus sortir... et ceci malgré un décor naturel à la sortie du gite : paysage superbe et parcours de marche très agréable.

Perfektes Häuschen im Paradiesgarten

Wir waren im März 2019 für zehn Tage zu zweit in der Wohnung. Es handelt sich nicht um eine eine normale Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, nein. Es wurde am Nordende der Häuserzeile im rechten Winkel quasi ein kleines "Häuschen" angebaut, so dass man den Garten, der sich in der Anlage befindet, von der Terrasse aus optisch für sich allein beansprucht. Die hohe Mauer an der Ostseite ist total von Efeu umrankt, so dass sich der Eindruck vom Paradies noch verstärkt. Der Gebaudekomplex ist äußerst ruhig, was vielleicht an der Jahreszeit lag oder es waren mehr Wohnungen, die selbst bewohnt wurden. Jedenfalls sahen wir nicht viele Leute da. Ebenso war es auf der fast "privaten" Meerespromenade, die sehr gut gepflegt war. Man konnte den neuen Holzbohlenweg auf den Kieseln am Strand morgens zum Joga gut nutzen und hatte quasi die ganze Bucht für sich allein. Die Wohnung an sich ist äußerst üppig ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Zur Begrüßung steht ein Obstkorb auf dem Tisch, am ersten Abend kann man weder verdursten noch verhungern. Es ist eine Tiefgarage mit festem Stellplatz vorhanden, so dass man keinen Platz suchen muß. Die Umgebung ist besonders für Wanderungen geeignet. Top-Wanderrouten, die nicht viel begangen sind! Man muß sich aber im Klaren sein, daß man man wegen der Höhenunterschiede mit vielen Serpentinen rechnen muß. Wir können die Wohnung uneinschränkt weiterempfehlen. Im Übrigen finden wir das Portal FeWo-direkt ganz gut.

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben in der Wohnung zehn sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und insbesondere die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl was Geschirr und Geräte angeht, aber auch Verbrauchsmittel wie Spülmittel oder Waschpulver sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Obstkorb steht zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine große Terrasse mit Esstisch und Liegestühlen in ruhiger, geschützter Lage. Die Wohnung ist zum Innenhof der Wohnanlage ausgerichtet, die sich aber direkt an Strandpromenade befindet. Ein Supermarkt (Sonntags geschlossen) ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Uns hat zudem besonders gut gefallen, dass der Ort La Caleta de Interian nicht zu den touristischen Hochburgen zählt. Die Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Teno-Gebirge (Mietwagen vorausgesetzt). Ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehört mit zur Wohnung. Selbst Orte wie Santiago del Teide, Masca aber auch Puerto de la Cruz erreicht man mit dem PKW in ca. 30-40 Minuten. Der Vermieter, Pablo Ramboux de Ponte, ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

A really clean, modern and comfortable property that had all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay. The property is secure within the accommodation complex and parking really convenient in the garage below. Pablo welcomed us on arrival and we couldn't have asked for more from him. Just be aware that the Internet is not strong so if you need to work whilst you are away you are best working off 4G when you have it. An excellent location for exploring the north of the island and Teide. If we are to visit the area again we would definitely look to book Pablo's property again. Thank you Pablo. sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner Lage

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie ist super ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat wirklich alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Man hat Ruhe, ist sofort am Meer und hat auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Fußnähe. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Der Vermieter hat uns in allen unseren Anliegen sehr freundlich unterstützt.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und ruhige Wohnung

Wir haben sehr angenehme drei Wochen in dieser schönen und komfortablen Wohnung verbracht. Sie entspricht vollommen der Beschreibung, bietet aber darüberhinaus viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Sogar einen Nussknacker gibt es! Zudem liegt die Wohnung direkt an der Strandpromenade, ist aber ruhig zum Innenhof der kleinen Wohnanlage hin ausgerichtet. Das einzige Manko ist der zeitweise schwierige Internet-Zugang (was vermutlich nicht in der Macht des Vermieters liegt). Der Vermieter, Pablo Ramboux de Ponte, ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und gibt auf Wunsch viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig für Wanderungen im Tenogebirge, allerdings sollte man dafür einen Mietwagen haben. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehört mit zur Wohnung. Es gibt zwar eine Busverbindung nach Puerto und Buenavista, aber zu den Wandergebieten ins Teno-Gebirge kommt man mit dem Bus nur mit Umsteigen. Das knapp 4 km entfernte Garachico ist dagegen auch zu Fuß erreichbar, zwar entlang der Straße, aber auf einem Bürgersteig, ebenso Los Silos. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer

Die sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung war für uns eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen wunderbaren entspannten Wanderurlaub: Bequeme Betten ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die große, windgeschützte Terrasse mit Blick auf den gepflegten Garten ist ein wunderbarer Platz zum Frühstücken sowie für entspannte Stunden im Liegestuhl nach ausgedehnten Wanderungen. Bad und Küche sind außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, sowohl was Geschirr und Geräte angeht bis hin zu Verbrauchsmittel wie Spülmittel oder Waschpulver - es ist alles da. Sogar der Obstkorb war zur Begrüßung schon gefüllt. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit, sowohl bei der Abwicklung der Buchung als auch vor Ort: alle Fragen werden schnell und umfasend beantwortet, es gibt viele gute Tipps. Nach einem anstrengenden Flug und einer einstündigen Autofahrt in den Norden der Insel, erwartete uns unser Vermieter Pablo bereits vor Ort in unserem Feriendomizil in La Caleta de Interian. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durch die sehr helle, geräumige Wohnung mit maritimem Flair, erklärte er uns wo wir am besten Einkäufe erledigen können, welche Restaurants man unbedingt besucht haben muss und welche touristischen Ziele lohnenswert seien. Ein sehr netter und liebenswerter Gastgeber! Hervorragend war zudem die eigene Tiefgarage der Ferienanlage, wo wir unseren Mietwagen jederzeit sicher abstellen konnten. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und idyllisch. Man verlässt das Grundstück, läuft 50 Meter und ist bereits am Strand. Hier sind zwar hauptsächlich große und weniger große Steine aber wenn man Glück hat erwischt man noch eine gute Stelle, an der man sich sonnen kann. Der verhältnismäßig warme Atlantik lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Ein Supermarkt, Alteza, befindet sich rund 200 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Hier kann man von Montag bis Samstag einkaufen gehen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum alltäglichen Leben benötigt. Besonderes Highlight ist die geräumige Terasse. Ein Esstisch und ausreichend Stühle, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme stehen bereit.Hier haben wir morgens besonders gerne unser Frühstück eingenommen. Wir haben uns in diesem Urlaub sehr gut erholt und das ist zum großen Teil auch Pablo und der sehr schönen Unterkunft geschuldet! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Ravis du sejour !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement situé au rdc. Très pratique et très bien accueillis par Pablo de Ponte, le propriétaire. Bien équipé, propre et bien situé. Ne pas hésiter si vous cherchez du côté de Garachico.

SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons eu un accueil des plus chaleureux. Nous remercions infiniment notre hôte pour toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée. (fruits, chocolats...) Pablo a été de très bon conseils pour les visites et surtout est une personne très agréable qui n'hésite pas à venir prendre de vos nouvelles durant votre séjour. L'appartement est magnifique, très agréable et fonctionnel. La literie est de très bonne qualité. De plus, la terrasse avec une vue sur un très beau jardin fleuri et très bien entretenu est idéale pour prendre son petit déjeuner et prendre du repos sur les transats. Un joli plus la proximité de la mer devant la résidence. Tout le linge de maison est fourni, et comme nous sommes restés 2 semaines, le propriétaire nous a apporter du linge de rechange : nous avons apprécié. La situation géographique de l'appartement est idéale pour visiter l'ile, tous les principaux sites à visiter sont proches. Nous avons fait de super balades. Nous recommandons vivement cette location où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.
