Spotlessly clean room. Heater was brought to us immediately, since it is cool in January. Hotel staff were endlessly polite and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, jam and toast. Altogether a lovely hotel with beautiful views of the mountains and valleys in my favorite part of India. Hoping to come back again!
