미국에서 오신 어머님께 손자 손녀와의 아름다운 추억을 위해 강릉 여행을 보내드렸습니다. Expedia 에서 예약한 (Ocean View + Private Pool) 부분은 지켜지지 않았고 오히려 공지사항을 제대로 숙지하지 않은 부분이 있다며 손자 손녀 앞에 있는 할머니에게 나무람이 이어졌다고 합니다. 풀빌라를 Private Pool 옵션을 선택해서 예약을 하면 그게 무슨 뜻인지는 세부사항없이 상식적으로 알 수있는거라고 생각합니다. 따로 미리 풀빌라에 연락을 했어야 한다는등, 돈을 더 내라는등은 참 무례한 경우네요. 실수를 했다면 사과하고 방에 있는 Pool 을 아이들이 사용할수 있도록 조치하면 될것을.. 할머니와 어린 손자 손녀만 있으니 적당히 하고 보내면 될거 같았나요? 다음날 연락해서 자초지종 설명하니 연락주겠다고 하고 아무 연락도 없습니다. 어머님께 참 죄송해서 오늘도 연락을 다시 드렸네요.. 참 나쁜 호텔입니다.
