It's new, but what happens later ...?

The Good: front desk staff very polite and helpful, hotel is new and therefore in good shape and still clean, walking distance to a variety of Restaurants The Bad: very lazy room cleaning, rooms not cleaned up at 5PM, sheets not changed even though requested, towels missing, every day there is something to complain about the room cleaning staff. The owner is more interested that you don't park your car next to his newly acquired used Benz then making sure his staff works to the benefit of the guests and is not welcoming foreigners in his hotel

急な予定変更により予約変更をお願いしたところ、すぐにご対応していただき、大変助かりました。少しでも恩返しのつもりで、1ヶ月後の出張の際に泊まり、満足しました。周辺には、飲食店や店も多く困ることもなく、部屋も予想より広く、掃除状態も清潔でした。簡単な朝食も1階のカフェテリアで無料で利用でき、ありがたかったです。食パン、シリアル2種類、牛乳、オレンジジュース、ゆで卵、コーヒーなど充分でした。
