객실은 깨끗합니다 그러나 정비가 덜된듯한 느낌? 드라이기등 정비가 안되어 있었으며, 전기장판이 준비 되어있었고 기존 고객이 사용한걸 안껏는지 6단으로 틀어져있어 찾아 꺼야 했습니다. 준비를 다음에는 더 잘 해주셨음 합니다.

모텔촌 한가운데 있다는 정보를 익스피디아사이트에서 본적이 없음 가족과 동행했는데 당황! 데스크에는 남자직원만 있어 저녁때 오염되어있던 시트 바꿔달라기 꺼려졌음 룸에는 보조롹커도 없어 잠들기불안!

청소깨끗하게해주세요

샴푸통 및 화장실머리카락,낡은 실내화,세면대 구석에 떨어져있는 누군가 쓴 면봉, 세면대 배수구얼룩,헤어드라이기 먼지 등 청소가 전혀 안되어 있어서 다시는 이용 안할거 같습니다. 2018년에 지은 새것이라고는 느껴지지 않았습니다.

출장 숙박으로 괜찮습니다. 방이 크고 사장님이 친절하신 것, 기계식 주차 이용 가능하고 스스로 원하는 시간에 차 뺄수 있는것이 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

거기 누구 없소~~????

체크인시 카운터에 아무도 안계셔서 한참을 소리질러 찾았습니다. 이런 경우 처음이어서 몹시 당황했었습니다. 직원이 별로 없는듯 합니다.

침대가 불편

밤에 강릉에 도착해서 잠만 자고 나올 목적의 저렴한 호텔이었습니다. 다만 침구가 너무 불편합니다... 잠을 푹 자지 못해서 다음날 굉장히 피곤해서 힘들었습니다. 베딩에 예민하신 분들이라면 재고해보시길...

전반적으로 좋았습니다

위치도 좋고 바로 옆에 편의점도 있고 무엇보다 방음이 잘돼서 엄청 좋았어요 실내에서 금연이라 담배 쩐내도 안났고 비상계단이 흡연구역이라 밑으로 굳이 나가지 않아도 됨

강릉 시내에서 가장 최신시설의 깨끗한 숙소입니다 숙소내부 공간도 넓어 시원한 느낌이고 쾌적한 실내에서 편안한 숙박이 가능합니다 강릉 출장시마다 이곳을 이용하고 있구요 추가비용 지불시 간단한 조식이 제공된다면 더욱 좋을거 같습니다

좋은 점은 일단... 방과 화장실이 생각보다 넓어요! 그리고 침대도 크구여!!! 둘이 사용하기에도 와 넒다 라고 생각할 정도...? 굳이 단점을 꼽자면.. 화장실 문이 위쪽에 좀 뚫려있어여.. 그래서 볼일볼때 냄새가 날까.. 소리가 바깥으로 새어나갈까 고민할정도....? 그것만 빼면 좋아여!! 강릉성남시장이랑 보면 한 걸어서 10분에서 넉넉잡고 15분정도 걸릴꺼 같아요. 갑자기 잡게 되서 별로일까봐 걱정했었는데 너무 잘 쉬다가 갑니다 다음에 강릉오면 재방문할꺼예요~~
