This apartment is located on the beachfront in the southern area, 400 meters from the Yacht Club and 500 meters from the shopping area on Avenida de la Paz. Recently renovated, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, which leads to a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying both summer and winter. Air conditioning is provided by split units in the living room and bedrooms. Maximum capacity: 5 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room). Sheets, kitchen towels, and hand towels are provided. Second floor with elevator. Parking space in the same building. Pets are not allowed. Ideal for families.
