We stayed 4 nights and had an amazing time! Tours are a bit expensive but they offered a package of 4 main tours + one day all food and drinks included for a fair price. Location is amazing, pool also very nice and staff friendly!

My husband and I had a relaxing stay at Gamboa Rainforest Resort. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the pool. Only slight issue was our AC wasn’t working too well. The room stayed a bit warm for our liking. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and beautiful location. Loved our room with a view of the river with a hammock. We especially enjoyed the aerial tram, monkeys, sloth and butterfly exhibits — the tropical landscape is magnificent. It is very hot and humid, be sure to swim and stay hydrated. Lots of memories made here.

Breathtaking views, beautiful architecture, and a stunning lobby make this a very welcoming place to stay. I was truly impressed by the appearance of the hotel—it is elegant, beautifully designed, and blends perfectly with the surrounding rainforest. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant experience was excellent. The swimming pool is fantastic—beautiful, relaxing, and a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring. The items sold on the property, such as tours, bottled water, and gifts, were fairly expensive, but that's common for resort hotels and did not take away from our experience. I personally really enjoyed staying here and would happily return. By the way, don't forget to visit the hotel's library. It feels like something straight out of Harry Potter!

This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless.

We loved our time. I think most of that is due to the location but the resort was also great. The night safari was my childrens favorite part of our trip. The excursions are a little overpriced and the facility is a little run down but it worked really well for our family.
