The Olivo apartment is part of a farmhouse immersed in the Chianti countryside, between vineyards and olive groves.

The apartment has an area of 110 square meters and is spread over two floors. It is furnished in Tuscan style with exposed beams, and terracotta floors. On the ground floor we find the kitchen, equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, living room with fireplace and flat screen satellite TV and bathroom with shower. It is possible to reach the first floor through an original stone staircase of the '900. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with bathroom with private shower, one single, where we can add a bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. It is possible to open the double sofa bed in the living room.

Outside the apartment there is a patio with table and chairs, deck chairs and umbrella. At guests' disposal free Wi Fi, parking, barbecue and a wonderful mosaic swimming pool (8x16 m).

The farm produces oil, wine, vegetables from the garden and much more and has a swimming pool.

The apartment is located in a central position from which in about an hour you can reach the main cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. The apartment is 3 km from Gambassi Terme, 10 km from Certaldo, 20 km from San Gimignano, 33 from Volterra, 54 km from Siena and 50 km from the nearest airport in Florence.
