The property boasts a large garden of 1000sq.m. with a gazebo and barbecue for al fresco meals. The pool (10m x 4m, depth 1.4,) is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and offers views of the surrounding countryside. Shops and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. The owners and their dog live in the other half of the building but the garden, the gazebo and the pool are exclusively for use by the guests.
