This contemporary single-storey house (70m2) can accommodate up to 4 people in a quiet environment while being close to all shops (3 km). Before your arrival I will send you some reading to prepare your stay.
The house has two bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds. .travel cot, cot with bars.brand new bedding. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
The 55 m² living room gives access to a terrace and an above-ground swimming pool. The large living room is open to the fully equipped kitchen. A 20 m² covered terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors in all weathers. Garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol are at your disposal. For the more gloomy days, board games and books are available.
The 70 m² house is equipped with air conditioning and has a 1500 m² garden with parking spaces.
Located 20 minutes from Dax, the first spa resort in France, 45 minutes from Hossegor, Vieux boucau, this house will allow you to take full advantage of the Landes department. A few meters from the house you will reach the Greenway which will allow you to crisscross the Chalosse by bike, possibility to rent bikes.

Séjour dans Les Landes

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Véronique. Le gîte est très bien équipé nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin (barbecue, plancha, ustensiles de cuisine) la piscine au top (plus grande que sur les photos). Je recommande vivement. Merci encore à Véronique pour toutes ses attentions à notre arrivée.
