Not enough plugs near the beds for charging devices. Need more pillows. Bed making is abysmal! Short sheeted at tip and cif you are going to use flat sheets, housekeeping needs to use hospital corners. For a 4 star hotel, I shouldn't have to remake the bed when I try to get in it! Bottom sheet came off completely and I was looking at the bare mattress. Former housekeeping staff for 5 years and we were trained for this. Do better please!!!

the rooms were clean and spacious so no complaints there. The area is close enough to walk to the main city centre but it does require wallking up a hill. And the staff wasn’t very friendly.
