This was perfect! It was self check in and easily accessible by using the touch screen and the door code! Everything we needed was in our room. The parking lot across the street from this hotel - Bowling Green, was perfect spot to park our rental car. We stayed from Friday to Monday and Sundays are free parking! Everything you need is within walking distance including Eyre Square, Latin Quarter and Nimmos Pier.

The room was great with several upgraded amenities - the weighted throw, the Shark fan, the lit mirror, etc. the room was larger than we expected and the location was excellent. Check in was super easy at the kiosk. We would love to stay here again.

Hotel is located in a perfect location for Galway! It is a few blocks away from the strip of bars so you aren't hearing too much loud noise at night. There is a car park right across the street from the hotel which is great. Checking in was super easy and convenient. At night there is a security guard to make sure no strangers come into the building which made us feel safe. Only complaint was rooms were a little small for 2 people and their bags. It was fine for us for 2 nights.

Very nice town house, my only problem was housekeeping coming in all the time without knocking. I understand you want to keep the rooms clean but that's too much. You could use refrigerators in the room.

As we arrived we had difficulties to recognize the room from the picture. Very small room and bathroom as well as a very small bed. There was no personal contact so no service. What makes it grotesque was the price. We payed more then we payed next night in a 4 star hotel with wellness and good service.
