fyi, the room was little dusty but once we mentioned to the front desk they sent up the cleaning staff to clean the area for us....and......yes the staff was very attentive to our request BUT the bell boy took amazing care of our belongings... the valet was johnnie on the spot with our cars!.....

Reserved a one bedroom king suite which showed pictures of a one bedroom king suite from hotel. Upon check in we had to go a different building and it wasn’t a one bedroom (no door on the bedroom and walls didn’t even go up to ceiling) - more of a 1 star type hostel stay or studio type apartment. Doors were missing from 3 closets. Terrible experience. Booked and paid for a 3.5 to 4 star hotel, that’s the photos shown, and then got a 1 star dump.

The location was great—within walking distance to terminal 25 of the port. The customer service desk employees were friendly. The suite was clean. We were on the second floor and it sounded like there was a herd of elephants above us. I’m not sure how people can make that much noise, especially early in the morning. What was worse was that the master bedroom overlooked the dumpster and an alley. The wind was especially strong and ALL NIGHT long the fence gate to the dumpster slammed and hit from one side to the other. Someone desperately needs to repair the gate and make sure it’s locked/closed so the wind isn’t hitting it. We decided to eat breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby. The line was long and the seating was very limited, so we chose to get our order to go thinking it would be quicker. However, we waited 25 min. for our food. The hotel is cool, but our experience with 0 sleep really impacted our stay.
