Made the reservations in July pay for it in July came to the hotel to make sure it was straight in July. Got here couldn’t find my reservation after they found it and we checked in my reservation. Was changed from a three night day to two night day.

I stayed at the Tremont because I wanted to stay within walk in distance of the Polar Express. I booked a suite. I did valet so I do not know about other parking options. Pros: 1. Check in was easy. 2. The room was huge. Plenty of space in living area. Bedroom has plenty of room. Bathroom is big and has all toiletry necessities. 3. Within walking distance of shopping and dining. 4. Kid friendly. Cons: 1. Food at the restaurant in lobby was horrible.

Room was next to the elevator. Got no sleep. Hotel would not move us.All night we heard a 100 year old elevator burrrrrrre. No waitress service in bar. Staff was not very friendly. For $450 a night I expected a lot more. Stay clear.
