AC worked great. We had several cockroaches in our three rooms, and a red stain dripped down one of the door frames. The inside appeared clean, besides the roaches. We stayed one night before a cruise. Would not stay again.

The room had roaches, the sheets were dirty. They moved us twice with the same problem. I asked for a refund to change hotels but the refused. We had a late flight so arrived at the hotel around 11 pm. The front desk agent was rude and cursing and didn’t want to be bothered. This hotel should not be rented to anyone until they clean, get rid of roaches and ensure guest stay are safe with clean room!!!

Purchased the protection plan just in case and sure enough had an emergency arise. The Hotel nor Expedia could cancel or refund even partial payment. So purchase at your own risk. Next year I’ll be staying elsewhere and will recommend others do the same.
