Newly updated home just steps from the popular Sunflower Bakery, The Original Mexican Cafe, and downtown Galveston. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, cozy backyard with shady trees and a surfboard shower, and a charming front porch perfect for evening relaxation. Situated on a corner lot for easy, convenient parking. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). This house is adorable and very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Very thick bath towels and comfortable mattresses on the beds. The decor was well done also. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the front porch the next morning.

This was a beautifully restored residence on a corner lot. The location was walkable to downtown and local restaurants and shops. Our host made sure that we had everything to make our stay enjoyable.
