This was one of the cleanest and most well-stocked units we have stayed at. The whole property inside and out was well maintained. You go down the elevator and right out front is the crosswalk to the lifeguarded beach. The view is awesome! Because the building is located on the corner of two busier streets, there is considerable road noise, but you don't hear it from the sleeping areas inside the unit. It's an OK trade-off considering you are so close to a shopping center, grocery store, restaurants - and, of course, the beach! There's also a nice barbecue area with four grills and covered picnic tables in the corner of the property. Both pools were clean and maintained. Just to note, the bed in the bedroom is situated up against the wall. We managed fine, but it may be a little tricky for someone with mobility issues. The bunk beds are great. Our oldest is 13 and just over 5 ft tall and still fit in the bunk beds. Our family of four stayed for 6 nights and were provided with 6 bath towels.There was an option to get 4 more towels (up to 10 towels total) for an additional fee. One detergent pack was supplied, so we opted to stop at a local bank to get quarters for the coin-op machines located around the corner from the unit.Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
