Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests may check in anytime after 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please message us in advance with your estimated arrival time. If we are not notified ahead of time and any issues occur after 10:00 PM, we may not be able to assist until the following morning. The minimum age for the primary guest is 21. Smoking is not permitted inside the home (a $250 fine will apply). Pets are not allowed. The property offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Luxury at it's Finest

I've stayed at many properties in Galveston. This by far was my favorite. Everything you can possibly want in a rental. Perfect location, a lot of space, and in immaculate condition. I highly recommend; it's really amazing.

New House Near Beach

I recently stayed at this rental house with my extended family (5 adults, 3 grandparents, and 2 kids under 1) and we had a great time. Firstly, the house itself appears to be brand new with a few more houses near completion down the private, gated drive. Location-wise, the house is a 10-minute walk to the beach, so you can easily enjoy the water without the hassle of driving or parking. Despite its proximity to the beach, the area is surprisingly quiet, providing a relaxing retreat from the usual hustle and bustle. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cookware and utensils we needed, and we made use of the propane grill to cook meals while also playing foosball and watching the olympics on the outdoor TV. One small note: be sure to bring some mosquito repellent, the mosquitos were bad in most of Galveston. One of the nice things about the house is the air conditioning—especially during the Texas summer heat. The AC kept the entire house comfortably cool throughout our stay, making it a perfect refuge after a day in the sun. Overall, this rental house offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and convenience, close proximity to the beach and other Galveston attractions, and the right size for 8-10 people.

Great Location for a Fun Stay

The house was brand new and beautiful. Comfy beds and lots of space for 7 people. Except for the mosquitos from the recent rains, we really enjoyed our stay. Easy distance to the beach and a market right across the street were very convenient. The host was very communicative and supportive. We would definitely stay here again.

The kids called It “bougie”

“Bougie” means really high end, and It was one of the first words the kids used to describe It :) It is very new and extremely clean which has to be difficult when it’s walking distance to the beach. It checked all our blocks (close to the beach, restaurants and shops, short driving distance to Pleasure Pier and our friends who stayed further south). My kids were all over 16 so It was perfect for them. We did cook a little and there is a basic kitchen set up with good containers for storing leftovers, fruit we brought, etc. They had coffee pods and a keurig as well as sweetener, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable but pillows reminded me of decorative shams more than pillows so if you are picky, you might bring a favorite from home. My kids always have a throws/blankets and those might be nice to have too. I didn’t search the closets too much and the master bedroom had a small quilt that we used. All communication we got was clear and helpful to getting us to the house. It was a seamless trip, had amazing weather and got out of town before Hurricane Beryl rolled in. Would definitely stay again !

Great house and location

We had a great time. The property is very close to the beach (with convenient crosswalks). The host was responsive and helpful, and the house was comfortable and spacious! I especially enjoyed being able to go running along the Seawall just across the street, and having all the downtown restaurants only a short drive away.

Veey easy to get to. Location is great! Within mins from dining,stores,the pier and the port! The house was like brand new! This was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. Very spacious. I definitely recommend staying here.

Spectacular home-base for a beach-weekend!

We were blown away by this fantastic island villa! We came down to Galveston for a quick weekend-trip since we hadn't visited the island in many year. Wow!!! First of all this place MUST be brand new because it was absolutely spotless - everything from the bedding, kitchenware and all the fits and finishes are truly above-and-beyond. The location is awesome! Its a one-minute walk to the beach, but is tucked away in a row of bungalows 1 block removed from the crowds and noise of the seawall. It's right next to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn too! Its got a ton of comfy sleeping space and a big open living/dining room area for everyone to gather in. The TVs are huge and it was so easy to 'cast' music and shows in the evenings when we were winding down. We even decided to stay in one night and cook dinner in the kitchen because it was such a great hangout spot! All the logistics getting in and out were a breeze! We will definitely be back to stay here again - you won't be disappointed!
