The room itself waa ok it was mostly clean excwpts sheets on one bed has stains. Very disappointed the internet was so bad you couldn't evwn use the tv. That much time in a room with no interner or tv was a disappointment. Outside of the hotel was prerry rough and nothing like photos online .

I had higher expectations from a Wingate by Whyndham motel. It was a little bit disappointing. The wifi was the worst part, didn't work well and I can't believe I had to pay extra for parking. Location was great though!

For the price of this hotel, It is not worth it. The whole place needs a renovation. The doors look like they haven't been painted in years. The rooms are horrible they have rust inside them. The air conditioner sounds like a loud creaky door when it cuts off. They give you stained towels. There are no amenities whatsoever. The breakfast was a joke. The only thing they offer for breakfast is waffles and orange juice. Then on top of everything else and they don't tell you this when they Check-in they actually charge you $15 for parking at a hotel that you are staying at.

When we first started up to our room, my first thought was oh goodness is someone going to come around the corner and mug us. As we approached our room, we saw a nasty rag lying on the ground in front of our room. When we opened the door the first thing I noticed was the dust on the tv cabinet and my Sister said oh my gosh there is dirt on this bed. After thoroughly going over the sheets it was very evident they had not been changed since it was last occupied. We quickly decided we had made a terrible mistake and did not want to stay there. When I asked the woman at the front desk to refund my money she said it was against the policy and she offered to give me another room. I told her I didn’t want another room I just wanted a refund. I asked her to refund my money for parking while we were on our cruise that was charged to my credit card. She took my card and then handed it back to me and I said I will need a receipt for refunding my money and she told me I could look on my credit card statement and refused to give me a receipt. I can not express how deeply frustrating and dissatisfied I was with this hotel. I can’t believe this was a Hilton hotel. I had read other reviews and saw that they had 4 1/2 stars. Please let me save you the same frustration we went through. Do NOT book this hotel. I wish someone would have warned me!

Charged extra money for parking

No breakfast. The guy that checked me in charged me an additional $15 for parking!!! As if they has some special parking! I said I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel, he didn’t reply but he sure took my $15 extra dollars and once I found out my family that was in another room same hotel didn’t get charged it confirmed then he was lying there was no $15 parking fee. I want my money back…

The room had Mike on the ceiling!!! E we did not have a blanket to cover up with. Only a very thin bed spread and only 3 towels to a room that we booked for 4 people. When asked to bring us some more towels we were told it would cost us!$10 for the 4th towel. The room was super small! Would not EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

Due to construction there was no beach view from the lower floor. Did not read the small print so wasn’t expecting the $15 parking fee, something you might expect in a *****. Our room that we got was not the best. The shower or the bathtub faucet constantly dripped when we walked in there. There was a pile of water all over the floor, and there was a towel hanging on the back of the door. I thought somebody had stayed in the room before us. The bed was still made and stuff. There was rust all over the lamp. There was dirt around the TV stand. We didn’t have a comforter so we froze the first night because we got there late ended up having to ask for a comforter and they asked me four times if I had one, and I kept telling them no It’s not the worst place we’ve stayed at, but it’s definitely not the best if we had her kids with us I probably would’ve got a different hotel but it was just my husband and I so we just stayed. The beds were soft though that was a plus it’s really close to the beach. The breakfast is literally a waffle juice, a croissant or bread and that’s it and every time I went in there the waffle maker or the waffle mix wouldn’t come out and then they gave me rags, but it was like cut up towels. We’re all frayed.

Green pool strong chlorine smell… WATCH OUT BED BUGS IN RM 206 and 207!!!! Mold on pillows ! Sad they don’t care ! Disappointing even a $15 parking charge 😑are you kidding me. Lost sleep not only to yelling in the room down stair and people out in there car but the bed bugs were the worse. For price you would think it would be better. Franchise ruin the name of good business because they don’t keep up and pay attention
