The room smelled of very strong cleaning products. The cruise parking went from $20 to $40. I called before making a reservation to confirm they still offered cruise parking and was told it was still $20. It must have changed from the time the reservation was made and the check in date. I like the size of the rooms, the location and the good breakfast served every morning. We were there for 3 nights.

Someone tried entering my room at 2 am forcefully. Tried to call the front desk and they never would answer. Person came back and tried to get in again, went to the door and told them they had the wrong room… they apologized but how forcefully they tried to get in and two times in a row made it feel sketchy. There was also left over hair and looked like dried wax in the bathtub. Breakfast was good and location was nice though

The room and property could use some upkeep. The hall rugs were dirty, our closet closure was hanging by a thread, just stuff like that. But it was convenient to what we needed. It was too windy and cold for the beach and other things that were there but there was easy parking underneath the building, the breakfast was fine. We used the laundry but the dryer was way too hot even though we had asked for normal. The staff didn't seem very engaged with the guests. But, the motel worked for what we needed and it was a reasonable price compared to other places.

I would have given 5 stars but for the fact, I had some questions prior to my stay, and the staff would not answer the message I sent, nor would they answer the phone or the two times they did answer, they immediately hung up. Not a very good desk staff.

The floor has a turpentine smell.Room has this slippery coating floor considering we booked for handicapped. Breakfast time is 6am to 9am which is kinda early esp for people who are on vacation and wanted to sleep late, when most places ends at 10am or even 11am. No refills for food.Workers keptnon cleaning with their spray while we are eating.

Our rooms were clean and located near each other. The breakfast was simple but had options for most of our party. The staff was available to answer questions about the area. It was a good place to stay for the night for our cruise. I would recommend staying here for an easy overnight trip.
