Omg this hotel is amazing clean the front desk workers are amazingly friendly you can tell they love what their doing the guy who check us in went over and beyond I wish they can teach the staffs in a Louisiana great customer service thank you guys oh yeah I got carried away the rooms are clean had a living room separated from the room nice balcony I stay at springvillie around the corner from seawall I love it my husband knows I’m picky I seen some views that wasn’t pleasing maybe 3 but the rest stood out that’s why I gave it a try I see we can’t always go by the views most time the customers might have some issues with in themselves so please listen you want be disappointed with this hotel it’s a 20 star lol for me thinks crew I book by 3rd party so Ii book SpringHill Galveston we will be visiting again

Well, to start with our room was not clean. The bathroom was not very clean. The shower had no water pressure. You couldn’t wash the soap off of you. The lady behind the front desk didn’t wanna do anything for you asked her if she had extra pillows she wouldn’t even get up to look Sunday. The breakfast was waffle scrambled eggs, and day old muffins the oranges were almost rotten. They’re so soft the bananas have blackness on them. Monday morning was just waffles same fruit, nasty and scrambled eggs. They were so juicy and runny. It was gross. The beds were very hard and had a smell to it to look at your window in the room. All you seen was finger marks and face and prints on the glass was very dissatisfied about the whole experience. Can’t believe I spent the money I did.

Weekend getaway 👎

The reason I gave the service a good review is because the front desk was very understanding on our situation/complaints. We are frequent visitors in Galveston. We have stayed at other hotels , vrbos , ect. In town for a 3 day weekend getaway and decided to give Galveston beach hotel a try. Even though it was a 7.8 out of 10 but price was decent and location looked good online photo and on the Seawall. Couldn’t have been more regrettable. This location is very unsanitary, starting with dirty smelly elevators , roaches in elevator. Then roaches also in the room along with flying nats. Room had very musky smell, walls, ceiling, outlets in very poor conditions. Owner/Management might not care because people like to stay by the seawall but there are plenty of other better places to stay. This property definitely needs some cleanliness. I do have pictures but will not include. My review should describe the full pic.
