I reserved the room with a private balcony and it was perfect. Homie beach vibes and the PERFECT spot to watch the sunrise. Enjoyed a nice glass of wine and watching the waves roll in. Can’t wait to book this room again.

Really enjoyed the Beach view room on the second floor. Breakfast was hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the lady there is awesome! She makes the start of the day bright and fun! All the people we talked to were super nice. The room had retro looking frig and microwave, was a good size with even a small table and two chairs and the bed was comfy. Location can't be beat as it's right on the Seawall. And we parked close to our room. It's not a luxury hotel but it's got everything we needed, great people and clean, and we stay here often. I would highly recommend staying here.

I actually really like staying at this place. It’s clean and it’s really fun. I love the connected restaurant the location can’t be beat. Maybe random… But I really wish that upgrade their 2 foot chess pieces in their yard… he tried really hard to make it work, but they definitely need a whole new set

The room was made to look nice, but there were live bugs in the tub, dead bugs on the shelve above the bed, and the door had a big gap letting sun and wind in. The carpet was dirty and under the microwave there was food and liquid under it. Even though there was stricken noise ordnance that was supposed to be in place it was loud at all hours. We slept in the car!

This place is in need of a renovation. I don't think anything has been done to this property since it opened. When I came and got my room key I opened up the door and they haven't even cleaned the room pizza boxes on the floor unmade beds. I didn't even want to stay there after that

The room was incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable, and also perfectly quiet. I absolutely loved the bookshelf full of books mounted above the beds in the room we stayed in (146) it gave such a relaxed, beachy vibe and truly elevated our trip. Having two restaurants connected to the hotel was extremely convenient, we had dinner at Nick’s and it was delicious, and being directly across from beach access made everything so easy. The outdoor pool was clean and adorable. It was too cold for us to get in, but we still loved it! There’s also a great setup in the back for kids, including life-size chess and a green space to play soccer. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal, and the staff were amazing, so kind and welcoming throughout our stay. 10/10 experience. We will absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to everyone!

This is the third time this has happened to me with Expedia. I book a hotel based on the information and photos provided on their platform, and the reality is completely false. When I arrive at the hotel, it is nothing like what is shown in the pictures. This particular hotel had a horrible smell starting right at the front desk, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The parking area was under construction, and the pool was dirty and ridiculously small, nothing close to what was advertised. This is definitely the last time I will use Expedia to book hotels or flights. From now on, I prefer to book directly through the hotels’ official websites. Do not be misled by misleading photos and descriptions
