The grand entry is your gateway to your next getaway. The private entry opens into a staircase that will lead you up to your vacation home in a very spacious yet cozy atmosphere with accents and décor that will relax your senses with soft beach inspired pastel colors and themes. The living room will invite you and your guests to laugh and relax in style and comfort with large windows and tall ceilings. The seating area allows for both casual conversations and to comfortably watch a movie on the TV. The living room couch pulls out to provide a queen-sized sleeping accommodation if needed. Walking through the kitchen reveals a common space area to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee for good reading and sightseeing. Entering a room with two twin-size bunkbeds and a day bed with a trundle that are large enough for two adults but a dream for a couple of kids. The living room is a clean and contemporary design that connects seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen as a modern space concept. The fully stocked kitchen features appliances, utensils and everything you need to serve up refreshments, snacks, appetizers or make a home cooked meal. The bathroom features a tiled built-in-shower with a cubby for storage. The other full bath is conveniently located for guests. One Large Towel and One Washcloth included per guest. I really liked the location. I felt like it was close to everything and super close to the Seawall. We had a nice partial view of the gulf. The host was very responsive and helpful with our questions. It met our needs and we had 6 in our party. The hot water was great but we thought it would be a little too hot for little kids. The outside could be better kept, with mowed lawn and trash seemed to be on the ground. And the stickers/burs seemed to be in the carpet from the taller grass. The inside was great, clean, and had everything we needed. Slight odor but could be from the humidity that we are not used to. Had dishes and pans and was very useful for breakfasts but note there is no oven and only two burners. Again it had what we needed. So many great restaurants to try and all the fast food places for quick meals are also nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Great value. We met some neighbors too and they were very kind. We had a lovely time and were there a week.

Most VRBOs I’ve stayed at have a binder/book with instructions. This one did not. So we did not know when trash bins needed to be set out and the host never responded to my question. The trash bins outside were full and there was no instructions on when they needed to be brought to the street on trash day. After I saw the city pick up trash (and missed our house), I called the city and had them come back the next day. Only 4 trash bags provided for the whole week. The kitchen does not have an oven and only has two small burners (like a kitchenette at an extended stay hotel). Not enough silverware, cooking utensils, and the can opener was broken. There was a broken refrigerator in the room by the kitchen where the smaller replacement was. No dish soap provided. No paper towels. Towel hooks were broken. Condensation was dropping from three AC vents, possibly had black mold around them. Air vents/filters clearly dirty and need to be replaced. The hall bathroom smelled musty. I found trash from previous guests under the couch. One kitchen light kept flashing or wouldn’t turn on half the time. The house was loud because you could hear people coming in and out from the other units.

It was clean. There are a few shops not far away. At check-in the battery for the door lock needed to be charged.The host was quick to respond with a code for the back door. So we were able to lock the front door while the battery charged which allowed us to go to our evening appointment.We enjoyed our stay. We did kill two large roaches and informed the cleaning lady who said she would make the owner aware.
