We stayed here because of the reviews. None of them exaggerated. Photos do not do this house justice. It is adorably decorated with a Blue Heron and coastal theme. Ship lap walls, beautifully and comfortably furnished. LOVED the rattan dining room chairs. In our 6 days here, we never once wanted something that wasn’t stocked in this house. If you can’t find it, try looking in the laundry room. It’s probably there. Ice maker made plenty; kept up nicely with four adults. Good size TV in all 3 bedrooms plus one in living room. The electric fireplace adds to the cozy ambience.HIGHLY recommend. Book it.

I must say the this place was wonderful. I’m always hesitant seeing great pics, but they were absolutely represents of the property. Beautiful views right on the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better location relative to. Thank you, Bryan!The other amazing item of note is the amenities provided here. Unlike most other vacation rentals, almost all of your essentials were provided: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher packets, laundry, seasonings for cooking, coffee filters, etc. We bought groceries but so much was already on site and available for use. There was also a new grill that worked great for grilling steaks, burgers, and dogs. There were even some toys (boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) left for our 7 and 9 year old. We had four adults and two kids and did not seem crowded at all. The layout was great and exactly what we needed for spring break on the beach!Honestly, I don’t think there was one bad thing about this. My only note that I somewhat considered while searching initially is that there aren’t a ton of restaurants or bar & grills nearby. To get into town, it’s about 20 minutes. BUT, we had peace and quiet and privacy (almost the only ones on a mile stretch of beach), so you could argue both sides. But we still found some great places that weren’t too far (Jimmy’s, Cooper’s, Katie’s, and Los Vanidos). Overall, it was a great venue and property. Bryan was extremely responsive and friendly. It was everything you need for a great vacation getaway!

My partner and I had an incredible stay at this Galveston home! The property was spotless upon arrival, and the 'perfect beach house' decor made it feel so welcoming. It is incredibly well-appointed with everything we could have needed, but the true highlights are the amazing views and the unbeatable proximity to the water.Being able to step out and be right at the water's edge made the experience truly special. Our host was also fantastic, providing great communication throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to rebooking!

Stayed here for a week after Thanksgiving. While the weather wasn’t great this beach house was. Very well fixed up, comfortable bed, well stocked with everything you might need, nice electric fireplace with heat, great unobstructed views, and close to the beach. Owner was amazing and responsive very interested in ensuring you have a great stay. Looking forward to staying here again.

We loved the beach house. It was beautiful and the beach at Jamaica Beach is very pretty. We could tell the house had been recently updated. The layout was perfect and every detail was well thought out right down to the box fans found in each closet.

This was our second visit to this property. Visited this past May. Spring and Fall experience. Both wonderful!The house is set up perfectly with the split house plan for us and our son and daughter-in-law. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of beach and deck time. West End Marina restaurant is a three minute drive and provides good food and fun. Bryan is an excellent host and responds quickly to any questions. The only thing I would change on this house is I wish it had steps from the deck. Looking forward to returning next Spring.

Family Vacation

The house is inviting and has a bright and airy vibe. It is also stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a high chair and a pack and play.We did experience the AC not working on the first night of our vacation. However, the owner Bryan addressed the issue immediately and had it fixed quickly. Which was impressive considering it was July 3. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we look forward to booking again next year.
