● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles, 4 in the driveway and 1 on the street in front of the home.

Inside, Fin & Tonic opens into a comfortable, welcoming layout designed for easy gathering and plenty of flexibility. Four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms sleep up to 16 across a mix of kings, queens, and bunks. The first bedroom lives in the garage-turned-game-room space — a crowd-pleasing bonus zone outfitted with two queen-over-queen bunks (four queens total), making it a smart pick for teens, cousins, or guests who want their own hangout spot away from the main house. A shared full hallway bathroom with shower is just outside. The second bedroom is a true grown-up retreat with a restful king-sized bed, served by a shared full hallway bath with a tub. The third bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom is a surprise-packed suite featuring a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk (three queens total) plus a convenient en-suite half bathroom.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH POOL FILTRATION SYSTEM. Tampering with the system will result in a $500 fine.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
